Chris grew up in beautiful Colorado where he studied Fine Arts and Film at CU Boulder. He was recruited out of college by Walt Disney Feature Animation to be in their first ever CG Animation training program where he learned from traditional Disney animators at both the Florida and Burbank studios. He cut his animation teeth working on Roy Disney's pet project: Fantasia 2000.
In San Francisco, Chris worked on both visual effects and short animated films before returning to Los Angeles for a 9 year tenure at Sony Pictures Imageworks working on films like Stuart Little 2, Spider-Man 2 and G-Force progressing from a Senior Animator to Animation Director roles. He was part of the team that built the Feature Animation division and went on to be a Supervising Animator on Sony Pictures Animation's first two films, Open Season and Surf's Up.
Venturing to London where he lives and works today Chris has created animation for most of the major animation and visual effects studios in Soho, eventually joining the team at Industrial Light and Magic's London office as a Lead Animator where he most recently completed work on Disney's live-action remake of the classic Aladdin.
